By using atlaslions.com(the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. No affiliation

Atlas Lions is an unofficial fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA, the FRMF, the Moroccan national team, any player, any sponsor, or any official body. Team names, club names, competition names, player names, logos, and identifying marks belong to their respective owners and are used for editorial identification and commentary only.

2. Editorial content

Articles on the Site are produced with a combination of editorial review and AI-assisted drafting. Every article is reviewed by a human before publication. We aim for accuracy but make no warranty as to completeness or correctness. Scores, fixtures, lineups, and live data are provided by third-party feeds and may change without notice.

If you believe content is inaccurate, infringes a right you hold, or otherwise violates these terms, contact us via the footer link.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy, or republish the Site at scale without written permission;
• interfere with the Site’s operation or security;
• use the Site to send spam or unlawful content;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person.

4. Newsletter

By submitting your email you consent to receive Atlas Lions newsletters. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email. We will not sell your email address.

5. Shop, orders, and payments

Merchandise on the Site is sold by Atlas Lions Supply Co. and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners (Printful or Gelato). Designs are generic supporter wear and do not use official team crests, player names, player likenesses, or FIFA/World Cup marks.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Acceptance happens when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability) and refund any amount already charged.

Pricing is shown in the displayed currency and excludes taxes, which are calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping and delivery information, and your right to a refund or return, are covered in our Shipping & Refunds policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s original text, designs, and code are © Atlas Lions Supply Co. unless otherwise noted. You may quote short excerpts with a clear credit and a link back. All other reuse requires written permission.

7. Third-party links and embeds

The Site links to and embeds third-party content (news sources, social posts, broadcast listings). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Lions Supply Co. and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be settled by binding arbitration in New Jersey, except that either party may bring claims in small-claims court where eligible. You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
