Shipping & Refunds

Atlas Lions merchandise is made-to-order on a print-on-demand basis through Printful and Gelato. This policy explains how shipping works, what to do if there’s a problem, and when you can get a refund.
Production & shipping times
- Production — 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed.
- Shipping (US) — 3–7 business days after production.
- Shipping (EU / UK) — 5–9 business days after production.
- Shipping (rest of world) — 10–20 business days after production.
You will receive an email with tracking once the order ships. During tournament periods (June 7 – July 19, 2026) production may run 1–2 business days longer.
Taxes & duties
Sales tax / VAT is calculated at checkout where required. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by the destination country.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem and your order number. We will replace it free of charge or, if a replacement is not possible, refund the item in full to your original payment method.
Sizing & buyer’s remorse
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your order has not moved for more than 10 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost we will reprint and reship at no cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that the order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.
EU / UK statutory rights
Customised, made-to-order products are generally excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, mis-described, or non-conforming goods.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
