Yassir Zabiri has officially arrived in La Liga, and he did it in unforgettable style.

The Moroccan striker produced a sensational 21-minute hat-trick against Elche on Friday, August 28, scoring his first three goals in Spain's top flight and immediately announcing himself as one of Racing Santander's players to watch.

A Dream Start in Santander

Zabiri opened his account in the 15th minute after reacting brilliantly to a mistake from Elche goalkeeper Matías Dituro.

A long ball appeared harmless, but Dituro's attempted control went wrong. Zabiri was alert, won possession, and calmly finished into an empty net to give Racing the lead.

Six minutes later, the Moroccan was celebrating again.

Two Goals Become Three

In the 21st minute, Zabiri was released perfectly into space by Vicente.

The former Rennes forward showed his pace to burst beyond the Elche defense before finishing low past Dituro, completing a remarkable double inside the opening 21 minutes.

But Zabiri was not finished.

The Hat-Trick Arrives

The third goal came in the 36th minute, completing an extraordinary first-half performance.

After another defensive mistake from Elche, Vicente recovered the ball and delivered a perfectly weighted cross. Zabiri attempted an acrobatic finish, with Dituro getting a touch but unable to keep the ball out.

Three goals. Twenty-one minutes. A first La Liga hat-trick.

The Moroccan had announced his arrival in Spanish football in spectacular fashion.

A New Chapter in Spain

Racing Santander officially announced Zabiri's arrival from Stade Rennais on July 29, with the Moroccan international joining on loan to gain valuable playing time and continue his development in Spain.

That opportunity has now produced an extraordinary breakthrough.

At just the beginning of his Spanish adventure, Zabiri has already given Racing supporters a glimpse of the quality, movement, pace, and finishing ability that made him such an exciting Moroccan prospect.

Another Moroccan Rising in Europe

For Moroccan football, performances like this offer another reason to look toward the future with excitement.

Zabiri's first La Liga goals could become the foundation of a hugely promising campaign as he continues adapting to Spanish football and gaining experience at one of Europe's most competitive levels.

A 21-minute explosion of Moroccan brilliance has opened Zabiri's La Liga account, and if this is only the beginning, Racing Santander may have discovered something very special.
